1. Who is responsible
LKSRA IT Solution operates this website and is responsible for the personal information collected for website enquiries. For a privacy question, request or complaint, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject.
This notice concerns our website and initial business enquiries. Processing of customer systems or data during a paid engagement is covered by the applicable service agreement and, where required, a separate data processing agreement.
2. Information we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, email address, selected service, optional company name and any message you submit.
- Correspondence: information you send in follow-up emails, meetings or discussions.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and error or delivery logs to operate and protect the website.
Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to respond to your request. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, confidential system records, health information or other sensitive data in the form.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requirements, arrange consultation and prepare a quote if requested. We use limited technical information to deliver the website, prevent automated abuse and investigate errors. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on steps requested by you before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing business communications, or consent where required. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. We do not use enquiry information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How the form works and who receives data
The form sends your details directly from your browser over HTTPS to Web3Forms, which processes the enquiry and sends a notification to LKSRA’s configured business inbox. The website does not create a customer database. If submission cannot be confirmed, the page keeps your details available for retry and offers [email protected] as an alternative.
Providers supporting this process include Vercel for hosting, Web3Forms for form processing, spam prevention and email delivery, and our business email provider. Web3Forms and its infrastructure and spam-prevention providers may process submission contents, IP addresses, email addresses and technical or delivery logs. See the linked provider policies for their processing and retention information.
Access is limited to people and providers handling the enquiry or supporting the service. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. International processing
Depending on where you are and how our providers operate, your details may be processed outside your country, including in India and the countries used by our hosting and email providers. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, these must be addressed through the relevant provider and service arrangements. Contact us before sharing information subject to a specific residency restriction; submitting an enquiry does not establish a data residency commitment.
6. Retention and security
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer your request, manage any resulting relationship, resolve a dispute or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The relevant criteria are whether discussions are ongoing, whether a service agreement exists and whether a legal retention requirement applies. You can request deletion of enquiry information at any time, subject to those obligations.
The website does not intentionally write enquiry contents to its own application logs or local storage. Web3Forms may retain submissions; the current form retention setting is three years, unless information is deleted earlier. Provider logs and email copies have their own retention arrangements. Contact us to request deletion of your enquiry and associated provider records. We use HTTPS and access controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Production access or sensitive file exchange must be arranged separately.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, information about processing, or object to certain processing. Where relevant, you may withdraw consent and exercise applicable grievance or nomination rights. These rights have conditions and exceptions; we may need proportionate information to verify a request.
Email [email protected] to exercise a right or raise a complaint. We will address requests within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact your competent data protection authority, such as an EU supervisory authority, the UK Information Commissioner, or the appropriate Indian or US authority where applicable.
This policy does not represent a certification of compliance with every law in every country. The applicable requirements depend on the relationship, jurisdiction and processing involved.
9. Children and changes
Our services and enquiry form are intended for business users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. We may update this notice as our services or data handling change; the date above identifies the latest version.
